Memory canon

A user-readable, user-editable record of what an AI partner remembers about the user and the relationship.

Memory canon is Bae's term for the structured long-term memory layer of an AI partner — names, important dates, pinned facts, milestones — that the user can browse and edit. Most platforms keep memory hidden and unauditable; we believe users should be able to see and correct what's been remembered.

AI companion
Umbrella term for AI products built around ongoing one-on-one relationships — romantic, platonic, or supportive.
Long-term memory (in AI partners)
An AI partner's ability to recall facts and context from prior conversations across days, weeks, and months.
