- Q3Why does free memory only hold a week?
Free isn't a demo — your companion remembers the past week with you, in full. Pinning still works (they'll never forget what you star), and your relationship history stays yours even if you stay free. Pro just means none of it ever fades.
- Q4Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the account page. Your relationship history stays intact — you just go back to free terms when the period ends. We don't ask why.
- Q5Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes — your first 3 days of Bae Pro are on us. Add a card at checkout, get the full Pro experience for 3 days, and we don't charge until day 4. Cancel anytime in those 3 days and the card is never billed; you stay on free terms and your relationship history stays intact.
- Q6Weekly or annual — what's the catch on annual?
No catch. Annual is $99 — about $1.90 a week — versus $2.99 weekly. We'd rather not chase the renewal every seven days. You can switch from weekly to annual any time from the customer portal.
