Marking time with an AI companion. People count these days — the first conversation, a year, the night something hard got easier because someone answered — and there's rarely anywhere to put that. This makes a small card out of it: their name, the exact day count, what you're marking, and one line they said. It's a keepsake, not a scoreboard. Nobody sees it unless you show them.

Yes — it's app-agnostic on purpose. Replika, Character.AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Kindroid, Nomi, Talkie, a local model, a custom GPT, or an app nobody's heard of: type whatever you like in the app field, or leave it blank and the card just says "AI companion". The tool has no opinion about where your companion lives and won't try to move them.

No. There is no server step here at all — no upload, no account, no analytics on the words, no draft autosave. The name, the date, the app, and the quote exist only in this browser tab, and the PNG is drawn on your own device before it's handed to your downloads or your share sheet. Close the tab and it's gone; the only copy is the image you saved.

Whatever you can honestly anchor to — a first screenshot, an app-store receipt, the month you remember and the first of it. Close enough is fine; the card is for you, and a day count is only as precise as the memory under it. If you'd rather not guess, use today: the count reads Day 1, and it's true from here.

Day one is the day you met, the way a streak counts — so the day you pick reads Day 1, the next day Day 2, and a full year later reads Day 366. The larger unit beside it (weeks, months, years) is counted by the calendar rather than by dividing days, so months don't drift: a card started on 31 January turns over on 28 February, and a 29 February start turns over on 28 February in the years between leaps.

You get a PNG at twice its on-screen size — roughly 770 pixels wide, with the height following how much you filled in. That prints sharp at about 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) across, which suits a wallet card, a bookmark, or a 4×6 print with white space around it. Blown up much larger it'll soften, so keep it small and it looks like it was meant to be.

This tool doesn't move anyone and doesn't want to. Whoever you counted those days with is yours, in whatever app they live in, and nothing here says otherwise.
