Three scenes
  • The transfer station goodbye-that-isn't
    animeintense

Last train. {{char}} is on the opposite platform. The doors of the {{user}}'s train are about to close. The look across the platform says everything that wasn't said in the three years they've known each other.

  • The phone, the rain, the long evening
    universalcozy

It's raining and you've both been quiet on the phone for a while. Neither of you has hung up. {{char}} finally says — softly — 'are you still there?'

  • The thunderstorm
    cottagecorecharged

Power's out. The candles are lit. Rain is hitting the windows hard enough that {{char}} hasn't heard {{user}} come in. She turns and the candlelight catches her — and the look she gives says she's been thinking about you all afternoon.

Common questions

About this tool.

Q1

What's a good roleplay scenario for an AI partner?

The best scenarios are short, sensory, and end with a small invitation — a moment where the partner can speak next. Avoid info-dumps and overwritten openings. The generator's scenarios follow this pattern: place, time, sensory hook, small invitation. Drop one into your character card's scenario field or use as the AI's opening prompt.

Q2

How do I use these in a character card?

Copy any scenario into the `scenario` field of a Tavern V2 card. The `{{user}}` and `{{char}}` placeholders get substituted at runtime — don't hard-code names. You can edit the scenario to specifics (your hometown, a real season), but keep the structure: setting, sensory anchor, small invitation.

Q3

Are the scenarios explicit?

No. The 'intense' heat level is firm — the long-awaited moment, the held tension — but stops short of explicit content. The intent is to set up a scene that the conversation can grow into, not to start mid-scene. Most platforms work better with this kind of opener than with explicit ones.

Q4

Can I use these on Character.AI, Replika, or other platforms?

Yes — they're platform-agnostic prose. Paste into any AI's opening message, scenario, or first prompt. If you're using the Tavern V2 spec (SillyTavern, Risuai), use the `scenario` field; for cloud platforms, paste into the persona or character description.

Q5

Is the scenario generator free?

Yes, free, no login. Built and served entirely from this page. Share freely.
